ORIENTATION AND TABE TESTING:
All prospective fire academy students must achieve a minimum of 10.0 in all three areas of the TABE Test (Reading, Mathematics and Language). It is recommended that the TABE requirements be completed well in advance of the ability test to ensure the student’s eligibility for academy registration. TABE Testing must be completed prior to registration for the academy and results are valid for two years from the date of testing.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to the above times for Check-in and Processing
You must bring a Photo ID with you to be eligible for testing (i.e. Driver’s License)
Class size limited to 30 students per session
Upon completing the TABE Test, individuals need to contact Mr. John DelPiano at 754.321.5753 to schedule an appointment. Please allow one working day for the TABE Test Score results to be processed.
TEST SCORES WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE
