HOW TO REGISTER BY EMAIL:

  1. Complete, print and sign the above forms 
  2. Attach a copy of your Firefighter I & II Certification
  3. Scan completed forms and required documents to your desktop
  4. Open your email
  5. Attach forms to your email
  6. Send to bfa@browardschools.com

HOW TO REGISTER BY FAX:

  1. Complete, print and sign the above forms
  2. Attach a copy of your Firefighter I & II Certification
  3. Fax forms to 754.321.1302

HOW TO REGISTER IN PERSON:

  1. Complete, print and sign the above forms
  2. Attach a copy of your Firefighter I & II Certification
  3. Bring above forms to the Broward Fire Academy, M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
